Model homes are open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 7 p.m. on Sundays each weekend.

Begin your tour at the Welcome Center or at any of the participating model homes where you can pick up a map and game card. Visit a minimum of 13 model homes in required areas of the community to be awarded a $25 gift card to a participating Lakeland Village Center retailer. At the end of your tour, redeem your game card at the Bridgeland Welcome Center. To qualify, participants must visit a minimum of five models in Creekland Village, three models in Prairieland Village, one model in Southbridge in Bridgeland Central, and in Parkland Village one model in Parkland Row, one model home in Bentsen, one model in Colorado Bend and one model in Falcon. Once your game card is submitted, you’ll also be entered for a chance to win a $2,500 Visa gift card.
Your game card will have you exploring most areas of our community. Take notice of the close proximity of homes to playgrounds, schools, places of worship and shopping. When we say walkable, we mean it. Take a break during your tour to explore some of the retailers within Lakeland Village Center. Once there, you’ll find an assortment of shops to refuel and restore, or enjoy refreshments from the treat truck that will be provided each weekend.
In the center of all four villages is Bridgeland Central, the emerging 925-acre urban hub positioned to transform the Northwest Houston region. Village Green at Bridgeland Central begins the first phase and includes the community’s first H-E-B grocery store, which is expected to open in 2024. Upon completion, Bridgeland Central will feature retail, office, multifamily, dining, hospitality and entertainment.
