Lifelong learning opportunities are built into Bridgeland.
Bridgeland provides opportunities for all stages of education, from preschool to high school as well as continuing education resources for lifelong learning, all close to home. The first of several planned onsite elementary schools opened in 2013, along with a 1 million square-foot educational campus in 2017, which includes Wells Elementary School, Bridgeland High School and Sprague Middle School that opened in August 2023. All are part of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District.
Recently opened is McGown Elementary school in Parkland Village and coming soon is the first Waller ISD school in Prairieland Village – Richard T. McReavy Elementary School, slated to open in August 2024. The southern portion of Prairieland Village will also be served by Katy ISD. Estimated to open in 2025 in Prairieland Village is Cypress Christian School, Bridgeland’s first private school and the first phase of Harmony Public Schools, Bridgeland’s first charter school, will open in Creekland Village in 2025.
Private preschools, childcare facilities, programs for educational enrichment and support are available within the community.

Bridgeland entered a similar arrangement with the Lone Star College Foundation for scholarships to Bridgeland students attending a school in the Lone Star College System.
Bridgeland Scholarship
Each year, two deserving Bridgeland High School seniors receive $2,500 to assist with college expenses. And as we grow and are building homes located in the Waller Independent School District, we’ve now extended this program to include two seniors from Waller High School that will also receive $2,500.
