The community was recognized for Wingspan in the Multifamily category and the Chevron Land Acquisition in the Land Deal category. Developed by Howard Hughes, Bridgeland received the Landmark Awards following its recent recognition as Master Planned Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.
