The Farmers Market is back this Sunday!

Bridgeland®, northwest Houston area’s premier master planned community, is celebrating summer with a pickling demonstration by PEAS Farm during its monthly Farmers Market on June 11.

Alongside a demonstration on how to make homemade pickles, visitors will also find artisan merchants, local farmers and other unique vendors at the rain-or-shine Farmers Market from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The market is held the second Sunday of the month in the parking lot adjacent to Bridgeland’s Lakeland Activity Center®, located at 16902 Bridgeland Landing in Cypress.

The Farmers Market is always seeking new, local vendors and three new vendors will be featured this month: Goat Haus Dairy, Heffernan Bar-B-Que and New Harvester Farm. Enjoy the summer and get pampered with spa products from Goat Haus Dairy including lotions, bath bombs, lip balm, candles, salt scrubs, soap, milk baths, body butter and bath teas while savoring delicious brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sausage cooked in homemade Heffernan BBQ sauce.

In addition, shoppers can choose from a variety of local produce including peak-season melons, tomatillos, eggplants, green peppers, okra and squash.
