Bridgeland is pleased to announce February’s Spotlight Realtor, Alex Rezende. We had the opportunity to sit down with Alex and learn a little bit about him and why he has become a top-selling real estate agent.
Alex is the owner and team leader of RE/MAX Prestige. Alex was born in Brazil and graduated from Humble High School. He received his real estate license in 2008 and thoroughly enjoys being a part of the industry. The words of wisdom Alex chooses to live by were spoken by Jim Rohn – “Don’t wish it was easier wish you were better. Don’t wish for less problems wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenge wish for more wisdom.”
We asked Alex who was his biggest influence in the world of real estate. He promptly mentioned his grandfather. Alex never met him but heard wonderful stories from his parents. One of the many stories that stuck out was how his grandfather owned over 200 lots in Brazil. He decided to divide them and sell in order to create a small community. Alex wanted to follow in the his grandfather’s footsteps and claimed real estate as his career.
When asked why he chose Cypress to raise his family, he said, “I love the easy access to freeways, the success of the Cy-Fair school district and of course, the small town feel! I can’t imagine raising my family anywhere else.”
