The 25th Annual Awards Ceremony of the Texas Association of Builders, which took place last week in Dallas, recognized Bridgeland with numerous STAR Awards.
Since 1992, this noteworthy awards gala has celebrated excellence in the homebuilding industry in the state of Texas. With more than 500 entries, Bridgeland performed well amongst its peers. This year, a total of six STAR awards were bestowed upon Bridgeland including the consummate award of the event, the Texas Association of Builders’ Developer Grand Award.
Receiving the prestigious Developer Grand Award is a testament to the talents of the teams at The Howard Hughes Corporation and its Bridgeland development. The recognition highlights their thoughtful designs and attention to detail that constantly challenges how people and places can coexist.
In addition to the Developer Grand Award, Bridgeland received accolades for community amenities and marketing efforts by winning Best Community Amenity for Josey Lake, Best Promotional Video, Best Direct Mail Piece, Best Sales Brochure, and Best Online Advertisement.
Because of a combined marketing effort utilizing all of the above and more, Bridgeland saw a 30% increase in home sales in 2017. This year is also proving to be a successful year with the opening of Parkland Village. To date, home sales in 2018 are up 13% and are continuing to accelerate.
It’s easy to see why people are choosing to move to Bridgeland. The scope of exceptional amenities and successful integration of living in harmony with the environment helps to distinguish it from local and national competitors. Recent sales announcements indicate Bridgeland continues to be a highly sought after community, and with many exciting additions on the horizon, it will ensure its continued success.
