Final sections and new park announced for Lakeland Heights

David Weekley Homes will be building in the final two phases in Lakeland Heights andhomes will be available early next year. Three collections of home sites will be available in the new neighborhood, offering  the choice of Craftsman, English Tudor, Classical and French architecture boasting front porch designs and rear-loaded garages, creating a walkable streetscape that blends nicely with the community’s close proximity to Lakeland Village Center.

Not only will this be the final opportunity to call Lakeland Heights Home, the addition will be the location of a unique outdoor amenity. The new park will have both adult and children’s activities, including bocce ball, corn hole, a playground and a picnic pavilion.

The play structure at the playground will have a vertical “ant farm” theme while the color palette of the park will be inspired by the school colors of the recently opened Bridgeland High School. For more information on the new addition, please reach out to our Welcome Center at 281.304.5588.
